Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill of the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine re the Improvement of the Organizational and Legal Basis for the Investigation, Prevention and Cessation of the Organized Crime and Corruption" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№3170) recommends that the system of bodies that are fighting against organized crime and corruption should be organized and the system of the direct (vertical) subordination of the given structures to the Ministry on Internal Affairs of Ukraine should be renovated.

The Amendments are introduced concerning the Laws "Organizational and Legal Basis for the Fighting against Organized Crime and Corruption" and "On Fighting against Corruption".
